Recently, the most popular active style is Yoga. Yoga is the training of ancient India. By practicing Yoga, it makes good effects for several sides. For health, diet, mental. Nowadays, Many Hollywood celebrities use Yoga for health. I also practice Yoga every morning because it makes me feel better. You! Try to practiceYoga toether!

*Ruesi Dadtong*

In Thailand, there is an exercise like Yoga. It is called "Ruesi Dadtong". This is known as Thai hot yoga and very popular among people in Thailand! Ruesi Dadtong is exercise that immortals(sennin) who was practicing asceticism in the heart of a Thai mountain used to do. At Wat Po(a famous big temple in Thailand), many people get togather and practice Ruesi Dadtong evry morning. There are some stone statues whichi pose Rusie Dadtong.
